The problem

Akima Films ran clipping campaigns by hand: clippers tracked in sheets, every clip checked manually, payouts worked out at the end of the month.

What we built

  • Campaign marketplace where clippers join, cut short clips from long YouTube videos and submit them
  • Channel verification, so a clip only counts on an account the clipper owns
  • Review and QA queue for every submission
  • Earnings that unlock at each view threshold, with a wallet and ledger per creator
  • Payouts straight to Indian bank accounts through Cashfree
  • Admin tools for campaigns, users, payouts, auto-posting and an AI clip generator
