Who we are
Up N Running is a custom software studio based in Delhi, India. We design and build software, websites and automations for businesses, and we operate our own products, each of which has its own terms on its own site.
Using this website
You may browse this site and share its pages. You may not copy its design, code or content for resale, probe or overload it, or use it to send spam or misleading messages.
Project work
Every client engagement is governed by a written proposal that both sides sign. The proposal sets the scope, the sprints, the deliverables and the payment schedule. Where the proposal and these terms disagree, the proposal wins.
Phased delivery
Work is delivered in sprints. Each sprint ends with a working demo, and payment for the next sprint is released only after you approve the one before it. If you stop after a sprint, you owe nothing for work not started.
Intellectual property
What you supply, including data, brand assets and content, stays yours. Ownership of the software we build for you is set out in your proposal. We keep the right to reuse general know-how, and our own tools and libraries, across projects.
Confidentiality and data
We treat your business information as confidential and use it only to deliver the work. Personal data is handled under our privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to share any third-party or customer data with us.
Third-party services
Builds often depend on outside services such as hosting, email, messaging and payment providers. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes.
AI-generated output
Some systems we build use AI models. Review AI output before you publish, send or act on it, especially in legal, medical or financial contexts.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable Indian law, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
