Appointment booking and reminders for clinics, sent over WhatsApp and email.

The problem

Clinics were losing hours to reminder calls and losing revenue to no-shows, with no record of who had been told what.

What we built

  • Booking flow with a live date and slot picker
  • Appointments board filtered by date, status, service and doctor, with today, upcoming and past views
  • Reminder sequences over WhatsApp and email, with the delivery and reply status of every message
  • Gmail and Outlook OAuth so reminders go out from the clinic's own inbox, plus WhatsApp linking by QR
  • Reusable message templates per clinic
  • The automation layer rebuilt on n8n
