Founder's Office Intern, every company we run.
Not a job with a title and a lane. A seat next to the founder. You run the systems that grow Up N Running and its companies, Socioverse and AI Sight, with AI doing most of the heavy lifting and you owning the last 30%: accuracy, completeness, and the fact that it shipped on the date.
The terms.
- Pay
- Rs 5,000 a month, paid internship
- Hours
- 100 a month, spread however you choose
- Where
- Remote, reachable in IST working hours for anything urgent
- How work arrives
- Tasks with due dates, not a daily schedule
- Duration
- 6 months, with a 1-month evaluation
- Reports to
- Anshul Rastogi, founder
Stated plainly: the cash is modest. The training, the tool access and a front-row seat to a SaaS growing its first customer base are the real compensation. If the number is the deciding factor, this is the wrong role.
What you get.
- Claude Code access
- Full access, with real training from the founder on how to operate it on actual work.
- TryHolo
- For producing creatives.
- The internal AI skill stack
- Custom systems for outreach, teardowns, blogs, carousels, thumbnails and research.
- Socioverse, free, full access
- On your own Instagram account for the whole internship.
- Direct training
- The founder teaches you the AI workflow personally. The most valuable part of the role.
- Commission
- On customers closed from outreach you ran.
- Certificate
- On completion.
- Growth path
- A paid retained role or a founding-team seat for strong performers.
The work, across the companies.
- Up N Running
- Prospect research, outreach queued for founder approval, proposal and onboarding prep for studio clients.
- Socioverse
- Creator and agency outreach, the signup desk, customer onboarding, partner pipeline and product QA on your own Instagram.
- AI Sight
- Operations for the course and its 1-to-1 sessions, assigned as the launch calendar needs.
Every week, wherever it is needed
- Outbound research and personal outreach, queued for founder approval
- Lead and signup desk: a drafted personal note for every qualifying lead within 24 hours
- Customer and client onboarding inside 48 hours
- Product QA and bug reports across the products
- The Monday scorecard, every week, without a reminder
- Investor form submissions, answered from the document pack only
Founder only, always: sales calls, pricing, investor conversations, and anything sent to a customer without approval.
This fits if
- You finish by the date you said
- You manage yourself; output and dates are what gets checked
- You follow instructions exactly and ask when something is unclear
- You already use AI hard, or badly want to learn it properly
- You understand Instagram from the creator side
It does not fit if
- You need daily supervision to stay on track
- "That's not my job" sounds like a valid sentence to you
- You go quiet when stuck or when a deadline slips
- You do not have, or will not connect, an active personal Instagram account
Sound like you?
